Shipping

All orders are shipped by weight with shipping charges calculated once your order is added to the shopping cart.

We utilize UPS and USPS (US Postal Service) to ensure the prompt delivery of your items. You can also track your items using the provided tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to see when they will arrive.

Once we fulfill a product and hand it off to the carrier (USPS or UPS) we are not responsible for how and when the package is delivered. While the shippers all have estimated times for delivery for different shipping methods, as well as cut-off days, we suspect some packages will still be delayed. Ground services including UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail are not guaranteed services. For an explanation of services, please see below.

For international deliveries, any duties or tariffs collected as a result of the import of our products are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Fulfillment

We get to work on your custom engraved plaque as soon as we receive your order:

1. First we make sure we have all the necessary information. This means it’s up to you to provide us with a valid email address and phone number so we can contact you for any missing details or approval. Please check your email and add info@laserperfectgifts.com to your safe senders list. It’s also very important that you double-check all your wording and names entered into the Text box. Our caring people will review your order thoroughly, so feel free to give us any little details in the Special Instructions box when placing your order.

2. When we have received all necessary information, we will provide a proof so you can see the overall look and layout of your engraved memory plaque. The proof does not do justice to what the final engraved plaque will look like, but you will be able get a general idea of the font, text, and picture layout. If you selected “Proof Approval Required” during the original order process, we will wait to make your order until we receive your approval. This means that the faster you respond to our proof email, the faster your custom engraved plaque will get made.

3. Once we have received approval to make your custom engraved memory plaque, we will engrave the plaque within 1 business day. We want to get your order out to you right away so you can see it and admire it.

4. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Orders ship from Denver, CO. In most cases the order is shipped 1 business day after proof approval and received 3-4 business days after shipping.

Returns

Damaged or Defective Orders
If your laser engraved plaque arrives broken, damaged, or with a defect, we will make and ship a new one to you at no cost to you. Check your order as soon as it arrives and let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you.

14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If there is some other reason you are not satisfied with your custom engraved memory plaque, please contact us within 14 days. We will make every effort to be sure you are satisfied.
