Damaged or Defective Orders
If your laser engraved plaque arrives broken, damaged, or with a defect, we will make and ship a new one to you at no cost to you. Check your order as soon as it arrives and let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you.

Because our granite plaques are made from natural stone, variations in color, pattern, texture, veining, and mineral inclusions are normal and may vary from piece to piece. These natural characteristics are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement.

If there is some other reason you are not satisfied with your custom engraved memory plaque, please contact us within 14 days. We will make every effort to be sure you are satisfied.
