Shipping policy

Whether you are getting a laser engraved plaque shipped directly to you or sending an engraved plaque as a gift, we will take great care in the prompt handling and shipping of your order at the lowest possible rate.

All orders are shipped by weight with shipping charges calculated once your order is added to the shopping cart.

We utilize UPS and USPS (US Postal Service) to ensure the prompt delivery of your items. You can also track your items using the provided tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to see when they will arrive.

Once we fulfill a product and hand it off to the carrier (USPS or UPS) we are not responsible for how and when the package is delivered. While the shippers all have estimated times for delivery for different shipping methods, as well as cut-off days, we suspect some packages will still be delayed. Ground services including UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail are not guaranteed services. For an explanation of services, please see below.

For international deliveries, any duties or tariffs collected as a result of the import of our products are the responsibility of the customer.
