Yes. You can upload a high-quality photo during the ordering process. We recommend submitting the original, unedited image for the best engraving quality. Our team will handle cropping and adjustments for optimal results.

Use the original photo taken by your phone or camera—avoid screenshots or downloaded images from social media, as these are often low resolution. Scanned printed photos should be scanned at 300 DPI or higher. If we encounter any issues with your image, we’ll contact you.

Yes. Once we receive your order and photo, we will send you a design proof to review and approve before we begin engraving. Be sure to check your email (including spam folders) to avoid delays.

After you approve your proof, your custom granite plaque will be engraved and ready to ship within 1–2 business days. Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us right away. We’ll make a new engraved plaque and ship it to you as quickly as possible.
