The design was beautiful and the product shipped within 2 business days. The recipient loved it. I asked for "designers choice" over the font and picture placement and they created a beautiful plaque that far exceeded my expectations. Sadly, the plaque was damaged in transit, but Laser Perfect Gifts responded quickly with an offer to replace the item. I'm so extremely please with this transaction from start to finish. Unfortunately that was unsuccessful but they were so generous in trying to help me restore it and then reordering the same item from years ago.
