You can upload your photo during the order process by clicking the “Picture Upload” button found in the product options. Choose the image file from your device — you can upload more than one if needed.
Can I use an old printed photo of my pet?
Yes! Just scan the photo (minimum 300 DPI recommended) or take a clear picture of it with your phone. Upload the digital file with your order. If the image needs improvement, our design team will contact you.
What kind of photo works best for engraving?
High-resolution, original images are best — especially if your pet is in sharp focus. Avoid using photos from Facebook or Instagram, as they are usually lower resolution and may result in blurry engraving.
Should I edit or crop my pet’s photo before uploading?
No need — please upload the original, unedited image. We will professionally crop and adjust it to achieve the best engraving results.

How quickly will I receive my pet memorial plaque?
We send a proof within 1 business day of receiving your photo and order. Once you approve the proof, your plaque will be engraved and shipped within 1–2 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–5 days after shipping.
Where do the plaques ship from?
All memorials are engraved and shipped from our facility in Denver, Colorado.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use UPS and USPS and provide tracking info via email so you can follow your order.
