You’ll be prompted to upload your photo during checkout. Look for the Picture Upload button in the product options list. You can upload more than one file if needed. For best results, use the original, high-resolution image.

Can I use a photo from Facebook or Instagram?
We recommend using the original photo file rather than one downloaded from social media, as those images are usually low resolution (72 DPI) and may not engrave clearly.

Should I crop or edit the photo before uploading?
No need. Please upload the original, unedited image — we’ll take care of cropping and optimizing it to ensure the best engraving quality.

What materials can I choose for my engraved plaque?
We offer custom engraving on wood, granite, marble, and acrylic. Each material offers a unique finish and durability, with granite and marble being especially popular for memorial pieces.

How long does it take to receive my plaque?
Once your proof is approved, we engrave and ship your order within 1–2 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

What if I only have a printed photo?
No problem! Scan it at 300 DPI or higher, or take a clear photo with your phone and upload that during checkout.
